super stay at surbhi palace.. coprative staff.. we reach early without prior intimation,, still they help us & provide early check in at nominal charges.. even food is also tasty & economical.. nice location.s It is clear they provided the other deluxe rooms to others and deprived us and took unethical profit.
I booked 5 Deluxe rooms and paid already while booking . I called the hotel prior to the day of arriving and informed that we shall checkin around 6. While reaching the hotel, they provided us 3 luxury rooms and 2 standard rooms. Why it is going to happen. make sure with the hotel management that they should not cheat with the people like this.
